CREATIVE AND MARKETING LEAD

Claire graduated with a BSc in Environmental Science before starting her career in science communication, working as an editor at the Royal Society and Natural History Museum.

She then moved into charity marketing alongside her training in upholstery, soon starting her own furniture trading and restoring business.

In 2017 with her friend Ella, she co-founded Good Beans, a creative marketing agency especially for charities and social enterprises.

Soft Cycle is a amalgamation of Claire’s experience to date, combining her passion for interiors with sustainable business.

PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECT MANAGER

Ella holds a BA Hons in Social and Cultural Studies. A deft project manager and relationship manager, her passion for the environment and drive to make positive change has led her to working on a range of behaviour change interventions.

While a Director at Shift, she was named one of Nesta and The Observer's 50 New Radicals for her work setting up the healthy fast food network, Box Chicken.

She has also been involved in a project aimed to reduce fatbergs, products that looked at ending plastic bag use, a video game that encourages mindfulness, a website that helped older people access the internet, and is a founder of Historypin, to name a few.
